The man most directly responsible for this twaddle was Andy Gibson, who did

I have already sent him the Street fight source, plus a game called Mad
Fighters, which is almost exact to streetfighter, with massive sprites and
such.
I was going to send him Martial Spirit (Excellent!!) but I couldnt find it,
and dont know where my floppy version is.
